Construction carpet

Floor protection mats are low-cost synthetic fiber mats specifically used in completed construction projects, preparation for completion and handover, used in painting projects, house repairs or when moving objects. The interior needs to protect wooden floors, marble floors, high-class tile floors...... The carpet has the ability to absorb dirt, water, liquid solutions, etc. The top and bottom are waterproof and anti-slip membranes. This is a smart product line with cheap carpets strongly distributed in the Vietnamese construction market.

Carpets are produced from synthetic fiber materials on a modern production line. International standards at reasonable prices bring high economic efficiency.

The carpet has a thin and light texture but the carpet still meets the floor protection requirements during construction.

Floor protection mats are composed of 2 layers:

Non-woven fabric layer: The upper layer of the carpet is made of non-woven fabric, so it has outstanding properties such as thin, light, porous and has very high durability, good force resistance, easy absorption and easy decomposition in the environment.

LDPE membrane: The lower layer of the carpet is a lightweight LDPE membrane, does not absorb moisture, is extremely waterproof and anti-corrosion. Extremely effective impact resistance. LDPE does not contain toxic substances, is colorless, odorless, and tasteless.

When finished production, the floor protection mat will be rolled into rolls with the following specifications:

Width: 1m

Roll length: 75m or 50m

Roll area: 150m2 or 100m2

Color: blue or black

Thickness: 0.5mm – 1mm
